Human Talent
During the year 2022, Casita de Belén had a human team made up of 90 people, 80 of them linked to an employment contract and 10 in the provision of services, who carried out complementary activities as workshop leaders and support professionals.
Regarding the ages of the staff, we have a balanced percentage between the different age groups, with the majority of collaborators being between 28 and 37 years of age. The characterization of our staff also allowed us to know that 51% live in rental housing, 27% have family homes and 22% have their own home.
During 2022, performance assessments were carried out on all staff, in order to measure how their work developed during the semester, recognize the strengthening of skills and abilities, identify opportunities for improvement and generate training plans.
The result of the assessment had an average of 6.8 out of 7.0, identifying recognition and appropriation by the Casita de Belén team of institutional values, as well as a score of 7.0 in the recognition and fulfillment of quality objectives. and a 6.7 in the assessment of competencies, highlighting that the most developed competencies are proactivity, discipline and organization and those that must be strengthened are teamwork and leadership.
During 2022, the well-being of the human team was promoted through integration activities, celebrations of special dates, training and training spaces in relation to performance areas.
Health and Safety at Work
Casita de Belén in accordance with Article 2.2.4.6.10 of Decree 1072 of 2015, implemented a Training Program to prevent risks and accidents at work and school, which was developed, taking into account the needs, through evaluation and assessment of the risks consulted with the workers, the Joint Committee on Safety and Health at Work and the Coexistence Committee; using, with the GTC-45 second edition 2012 tool.
This program included training, aimed at all staff (collaborators, boys and girls), members of COPASST, Coexistence Committee and Brigade members.
In addition to complying with resolution 0312/2019 in its health management; Casita de Belén has implemented healthy living and environment programs and epidemiological surveillance (ergonomics, mental health) which serve to maintain and/or improve the well-being (mental, physical and social) of each collaborator; which is necessary to guarantee comprehensive care for children in boarding, day-school and teaching center programs.
Casita de Belén has managed, within its hazard and risk management (Res. 0312/2019), to implement a disaster risk management plan (PGRD) for collaborators that is automatically integrated with the risk attention plan and safety plan. school irrigation (ICBF, Min-education), through evacuation training (drill) and emergency brigade training.
In relation to security processes, Casita de Belén has an entry and exit protocol established to specifically guarantee that boys and girls residing in the Institution are not exposed to situations that may violate their rights.
In accordance with Resolutions 652/2012 and 1356/2012 Min-labor, Casita de Belén has formed the Workplace Coexistence Committee, which aims to maintain and/or improve work environments and healthy coexistence, to prevent situations of alleged workplace harassment, that may affect the development of care activities.
This committee generates quarterly meetings and labor integration activities.
